A monthly civic report for Toronto neighbourhoods — built, produced, and published by Magnistics, one neighbourhood at a time.
The Keelson isn't a demo — it's a real, monthly publication built for Toronto neighbourhoods. Each edition turns the City of Toronto's and Toronto Police Service's own public records into a report readable in two minutes: a neighbourhood safety report on police-reported incidents, and a property snapshot of development applications, building permits, and average sale prices.
A special project, end to end: we built the whole pipeline — data sourcing, the report template, the site — and we're the ones who keep it running every month, publishing alongside residents' associations under their own branding, at no cost to them. It's a Toronto-wide platform by design: live in its first neighbourhood, built to expand from there. If you want proof we can build something and keep it shipping, this is it.
